• The workshop will be conducted in Spanish.

• Digital protocols will be provided by QR code

• Each participant will sign an openMTA to receive a set of enzyme-expressing plasmids in filter paper or ethanol-precipitated format.

🧪 Plasmids and enzymes provided

You will find detailed information about the plasmids and enzymes that will be provided during the workshop.

Please note that the plasmids will be delivered either precipitated or stored on filter paper to ensure their stability during transport and storage. The enzymes included in these plasmids are essential for molecular biology techniques covered in the workshop.

The enzymes encoded in the delivered plasmids have been previously purified following the protocol.This method describes the batch purification of recombinant His-tagged proteins expressed in E. coli using Ni-NTA (Nickel-Nitrilotriacetic Acid) beads.
